What is profile rolling?

Profile rolling is a process in which a profile is created in a piece of metal, making it a form of rolling. The profile is gradually applied using multiple rollers. By using a roller with a profiled roll, a piece of metal is shaped into the desired profile. Our machines are capable of rolling various thicknesses of metal, with thicker pieces requiring multiple passes through the roller. By repeating this process, we can profile roll any type of metal into the correct shape. Thanks in part to the certified quality of our machines, we are able to profile roll a wide range of metals, including:
