Different techniques within steel rolling

  1. Profile rolling: In profile rolling, steel profiles such as HOP profiles, angle profiles and hollow sections are guided through specially shaped rolling rolls. This creates a curved shape without any loss of structural strength.
  2. 3D rolling: Thanks to our 10-axis CNC-controlled machines, we can roll complex 3D geometries, ideal for architectural and technical applications.
  3. Tube rolling: We have advanced bending and mandrel bending machines with a bending capacity of Ø4 mm to Ø168.3 mm, allowing us to shape tubes with precision and without material damage.
