What is aluminium rolling?
Aluminium rolling is a process in which the material is guided between three or four rollers that exert pressure, causing the aluminium to bend. During rolling, the pressure is increased several times until the desired bending radius is achieved. Thicker aluminium needs to pass through the rollers more often than thin material.
We work with CNC-controlled machines where the mechanics are controlled on 10 axes. This makes it possible to roll aluminium into complex 3D geometries. The computer-controlled mechanics ensure reproducibility, which means we can produce series with identical dimensions. After aluminium rolling, you therefore receive the same end product every time.
